I. Tsitsishvili Children’s Clinic

I. Tsitsishvili Children’s Clinic, established in 2011 as an extension of M. Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital, was developed to meet the rising demand for pediatric and neonatal care in Tbilisi. It serves as the city's primary emergency center for children and provides a comprehensive range of conservative and surgical treatments. The hospital also offers specialized inpatient and outpatient care for children with diabetes and rare genetic disorders. Acquired in February 2014, it continues to play a crucial role in Georgia’s pediatric healthcare system, delivering high-quality medical services tailored to young patients' unique needs. The clinic is open 24/7, offering comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for young patients while serving as a cornerstone of emergency healthcare in the country.

Kutaisi Referral Hospital

Kutaisi Referral Hospital, operating since 2012, plays a critical role in emergency care across the Imereti region. As the primary recipient of emergency cases, the hospital collaborates closely with community clinics in Terjola, Tkibuli, Tskaltubo, and Khoni. It is recognized for providing the region’s most advanced emergency services and has a strong reputation among patients. The hospital’s services include also general and specialized surgical care, intensive care, conservative treatment options, stroke management, ophthalmology, cardiology, and complementary diagnostics in radiology and laboratory medicine. Built as a replacement for the Soviet-era Imereti Regional Emergency Hospital, the facility has modernized regional healthcare standards.

Zugdidi Referral Hospital

Zugdidi Referral Hospital, the largest healthcare facility in Samegrelo, serves as the primary medical center for the region and treats patients from neighboring Abkhazia. Operating since the Soviet era, the hospital plays a key role in providing primary and secondary healthcare services, including a full range of outpatient and inpatient medical and surgical specialties, as well as 24-hour emergency care. It serves as a referral center for community clinics in Abasha, Khobi, Martvili, Tsalenjikha, and Chkorotsku. Acquired in 2011, the hospital has since been developed into a regional referral center, strengthening healthcare accessibility in western Georgia.

Poti Referral Hospital

Poti Referral Hospital, located in the Samegrelo region, plays a key role in providing healthcare services to the local population. The hospital offers a range of outpatient diagnostic services, catering to various medical needs. It operates an emergency department that is available around the clock, ensuring timely medical attention in urgent situations. Acquired by us in 2011, the hospital initially operated under the classification of a community clinic. However, due to its continuous growth and expansion of services, it was reclassified as a referral hospital in 2019, marking a significant milestone in its development.

Kobuleti Referral Hospital

Located in the Adjara region, Kobuleti Referral Hospital provides a wide range of outpatient and inpatient healthcare services, including a 24/7 emergency department. In addition to general services like surgery, emergency neurosurgery, neonatology, and cardiology, the hospital offers dialysis services for the region. Acquired in 2012, the hospital gradually expanded its services and, after being classified as a community clinic, was reclassified as a referral hospital in 2019.

Khashuri Referral Hospital

Khashuri Referral Hospital provides multi-profile medical services to the local population and serves as a referral center for three neighboring towns. Conveniently located next to the new central highway connecting East and West Georgia, the hospital benefits from high traffic flow, making it easily accessible. Acquired in July 2017, this expansion allowed us to extend our healthcare services into a strategically important area where we previously had no presence, further strengthening our coverage in the region.

Akhaltsikhe Referral Hospital

Akhaltsikhe Referral Hospital, located in Samtskhe, a region in South-East Georgia bordering Armenia, provides multi-profile medical services to the local population. Recently renovated in 2016, it serves as a vital referral center for the Ninotsminda and Adigeni community clinics. In addition to its modernized infrastructure, the hospital has been equipped with the latest medical technology, ensuring quality healthcare for the region. We acquired the hospital in 2012, and since then, it has played a crucial role in improving the healthcare services available to the local community.

Akhalkalaki Referral Hospital

Akhalkalaki Referral Hospital, situated in the Samtskhe region, offers comprehensive outpatient diagnostic services and operates an emergency department. The hospital also provides inpatient services, including general surgery, pediatric surgery, gynecology, and ophthalmology. Acquired in 2012, it was initially classified as a community clinic but, due to its expansion, earned the referral hospital classification in 2019.

Telavi Referral Hospital

Telavi Referral Hospital is a multi-profile healthcare facility serving the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia. It functions as a referral center for community clinics in Akhmeta and Kvareli, offering a broad range of acute and elective medical services. The hospital specializes in complex surgical procedures in gastroenterology and traumatology, among other fields. A recently established neuro-intensive care unit provides advanced treatment for cerebrovascular diseases. Constructed in 2012 as part of an initiative to expand medical services in eastern Georgia, Telavi Referral Hospital remains a key healthcare provider in the region.
