Irakli Gogia

Irakli Gogia was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 12 August 2022. He served as CFO since March 2017 and before that he performed as Chief Operating Officer of the Group since July 2014. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served as deputy chairman of the supervisory board of EVEX Medical Corporation and Insurance Company Imedi L. Irakli Gogia has 10 years of experience in the financial industry. From 2009 to 2014, he was Deputy CEO of Insurance Company Aldagi and was responsible for finance, operations, actuarial activities, underwriting personal insurance, IT and operational risks. Prior to joining Insurance Company Aldagi, he was Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Consumer. Prior to this, he was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Mr. Gogia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the European School of Management in Tbilisi. He was awarded the Order of Honor by the President of Georgia and received an award for academic excellence from the Minister for Education of the United Kingdom.

Nika Tsiklauri

Deputy CEO, Finance

Nika Tsiklauri

Nika Tsiklauri was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in April, 2024. He joined the Group in 2015, initially serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Since April 2023, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of EVEX Medical Corporation, and since December 2023, served on the Supervisory Board of Insurance Company Imedi L. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Nika Tsiklauri previously held the role of Senior Project Lead Auditor at Ernst & Young from 2009 to 2015, where he led an engagement project for the Bank of Georgia, a London Stock Exchange (LSE)-listed entity. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from Free University of Tbilisi. He is a CFA charter holder (Certified Financial Analyst) since 2017 and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2020. He also holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), obtained in 2018, and has been a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) since 2014. Additionally, he is a Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) through the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.

 

 

Nodar Gelovani

Deputy CEO

Nodar Gelovani

Nodar Gelovani joined GHG team in 2025 and currently holds the position of Deputy CEO. Prior to that, he served as the General Director of Imedi L. Before being appointed to this position, Nodar held the role of Deputy Director at Imedi L. Within the same company, he gained 11 years of professional experience in various positions, including Head of the Reporting, Budgeting and Analysis Division. From 2012 to 2014, Nodar Gelovani worked at Aldagi, His professional career began in 2010 at Energo-Pro Georgia.

David Rekhviashvili

Chief Operating Officer, Regional Hospitals

David Rekhviashvili

David Rekhviashvili has been leading the regional hospitals of the Georgia Healthcare Group since March 2026. Since 2023, he has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of medical operations.

David has more than 25 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, both in clinical practice and healthcare management. Throughout his career, he has worked as a practicing pediatrician in various medical institutions and has also headed the emergency department of a traumatology hospital. In 2000, he founded the pediatric emergency medical service Pediatri,” which he continues to lead to this day.

From 2012 to 2023, he served as the Director of the Iv. Tsitsishvili Children’s Clinic. Alongside his executive responsibilities, he is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Caucasus International University, where he teaches pediatrics and emergency medicine in postgraduate programs.

David Rekhviashvili received his medical education from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the State Medical Pediatric Institute. He holds state certifications in pediatrics, general medicine, traumatology-orthopedics, and healthcare management.

Giorgi Gordadze

Chief Operating Officer, Polyclinics

Giorgi Gordadze

Giorgi Gordadze is in charge of Polyclinics (outpatient clinics) business, since January 2019. He joined the Georgia Healthcare Group in May 2017 as Head of Polyclinic business. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceuticals business. Before joining the Group Mr. Gordadze held various managerial positions at JSC GPC, the third largest pharmaceuticals retailer and wholesaler before it was acquired by GHG in May 2016. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Gordadze was the Commercial Director at GPC. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He holds a MBA from CERMA business school.

Ketevan Kalandarishvili

Chief Operating Officer, Diagnostics

Ketevan Kalandarishvili

Ketevan Kalandarishvili is in charge of Georgia Healthcare Group's Diagnostics business, Mega Laboratory, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ms. Kalandarishvili was Head of the GHG's Investor Relations and Funding unit since August 2017. Ms. Kalandarishvili joined the Group in October 2015 as an Investor Relations and Funding specialist. Before that, she was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Kalandarishvili holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Caucasus School of Business and completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2025.
